i am feeling frustrated at the moment.

       I am getting frustrated and discouraged right now, I have people who say they are going to buy a copy of my book and don't. I have people who say they will read the book and don't. but what is really bothering me is everyone who has bought the book, said they will buy it, said that they will read it also said they will put a review.       Now I understand people have lives and get busy. I know how that is I am a housewife and mother on top of being a writer and a newly published one, I get it life can get busy. But the fact that during their lunch break at work, or when they are surfing the internet after work they can't take 2 seconds to post a review bothers me. I am not saying this because they hurt my feelings its not that at all. its the fact that with no reviews my book( both print and ebook) are getting lost on amazon's website. the more reviews the more chances for my book to be seen. the more my book is seen the more likely it will ...

Working hard on getting the word out

 I’ve been working hard on getting the word out and I decided to do a blog to kind of describe exactly actually doing to get the word out about my wonderful book New Life By The  Full Moon. Every day I try to post something on my social media accounts. every Monday I have a question, every Friday I have a quote from my book. I am working on selling books at the end of it called toyman show, that happen  every couple months. I am also planning on going to a convention that is in my hometown called archon.  I also talk to people every day about my book. I go out and have all kinds of people say “oh cool you’re a writer, what have you written” and I tell them. I get some genuine interest and then I get people go oh OK then walk away. I don’t mind because I am  getting the word out and I have everyone around me that is in earshot to hear what I’m saying. I’ll answer questions and everything about my writing and my book.
